在某工厂以做无线覆盖，现在主要出现问题为手持终端PING无线网络的时候丢包率特别大！求解决方案
一.系统组成部分
网络组成部分：WX6103无线控制器，AP2620E-AGN，HP2620-24POE交换机，先施手持终端S1855E。
网络结构部分：无线AP2620E-AGN连接到HP2620-24POE交换机，通过VLAN透传到达WX6103无线控制器。先施手持设备连接SSID从而实现访问内网服务器的功能，进行对货物的清点工作。
二.故障描述
主要故障表现为先施手持终端连接到无线网络中后，PING网关与无线控制器地址均丢包严重，丢包率可达10%，无法投入到正常使用中。
三．故障分析与处理过程3.1无线网络搭建是否成功。针对此问题，已用个人笔记本与手机进行测试！访问公司网址速度快，PING包正常。说明无线网络搭建成功！
3.2无线网络覆盖信号与信道是否存在冲突。针对此问题，已做1，6，11；2，7，12；3，8，13；信道切换，并针对速率等进行些微的改变。但更正后，手持终端依旧没有改善！
3.3手持终端是否获取到地址。手持终端以获取地址！
3.4手持终端与无线网络的网络协议是否一致。根据与先施厂家沟通，已确认先施手持设备只支持802.11a/b/g协议。故AP协议已改换为802.11G。
3.5手持终端与无线AP的版本是否兼容。开局时AC采用最新版本，手持终端PING包丢包率达到40%。之后AC降级到最底版时，丢包率有较好的改善达到10%。但依旧没有改善丢包问题。
3.6无线客户端工作是否正常。针对此问题，进行了信息收集，收集信息如下：

根据以上信息可以看出手持设备是采用的是11G协议。但RSSI只达到16，正常值应达到30以上！第二TX值过低，正常应达到54，48等。
